The IT Support track will equip students with the foundational knowledge and practical skills required to troubleshoot computer hardware, software, networking, and security issues, with an emphasis on customer service and leveraging AI.
Detailed Modules & Topics
Module 1: Technical Support Fundamentals
Overview of IT areas (computer hardware, internet, software). Introduction to troubleshooting and customer service. How AI can assist in IT work.
Module 2: Computer Networking & Operating Systems
Networking concepts (The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking). Operating systems (Becoming a Power User).
Module 3: System Administration & Security
System administration and IT infrastructure services. IT security principles (Defense Against the Digital Dark Arts). Evaluating IT infrastructure for vulnerabilities.
Module 4: Advanced Troubleshooting & AI in IT Support
Leveraging AI for troubleshooting assistance and customer care. Generating scripts for IT tasks (e.g., automating data backup). Creating support documentation.

we require a deposit 50% of your entire tuition fee to secure your spot in the program. This deposit is part of your tuition not an extra fee and will be deducted from the total tuition balance.
Tuition Fee $150
Our tuition fees is $150. Students, you can choose to pay: Full payment upfront or Installment plan which spread your balance into monthly payments.
