Social Media Marketing
This course prepares learners to plan, execute, and manage professional social media strategies that drive engagement and business growth. Through a combination of strategy, creative content production, and analytics, students learn to connect brand values to audience needs using Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Generative AI tools.
Detailed Modules & Topics
Module 1: Social Strategy and Brand Development
Students explore how to define brand identity, set marketing goals, and identify target audiences. They’ll create a comprehensive social media strategy for a mock or real business.
Module 2: Content Creation and Curation
Teaches how to plan, design, and produce platform-specific content using Canva, CapCut, and AI tools. Students practice crafting posts, stories, and videos optimized for engagement.
Module 3: Community Management and Scheduling
Focuses on scheduling, moderation, and building brand communities. Students use tools like Meta Business Suite to develop 3-month content calendars and engagement workflows.
Module 4: Advertising and Analytics
Covers social ad creation, targeting, and performance evaluation using Meta Ads Manager. Students simulate campaigns, analyze key metrics, and prepare reports to refine future strategies.
Capstone Project
By the end of the course, students will have developed a comprehensive social media campaign complete with strategy, content calendar, and advertising plan backed by performance analytics.
