At Spring Technology, we are committed to providing high-quality educational experiences and maintaining clear, fair, and transparent financial and conduct standards. This comprehensive policy outlines our enrollment, payment, refund, attendance, conduct, and privacy terms. By enrolling in any of our courses or programs, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Enrollment, Course Fees, and Payment Terms

An initial Registration Fee is required upon enrollment. This fee covers administrative and account setup costs and is non-refundable under all circumstances.

All tuition or course fees must be paid on or before the 5th day of each month. Timely payment ensures uninterrupted access to classes and learning resources.
1.3 Late Payment and Account Suspension

If payment is not received by the 10th day, the student will be permanently removed from the course without refund.
1.4 Fee Reminders
The Parent/Guardian (or adult student) will receive three (3) payment reminder emails each month regarding upcoming or overdue tuition fees.

Depending on the severity of the offense:
The student may face immediate suspension or permanent expulsion.
Expelled students forfeit all fees paid and lose access to all services.

6.5 Communication with Adult Students
For students 18 years or older, all communication regarding attendance, performance, and finances will be directed solely to the student unless written authorization is provided to include a Parent/Guardian.
